Conformance
Under the Disabled Discrimination Act 2005 and Equality Act 2010 it is unlawful to discriminate against any person with regard to any disability they may have. This includes the evacuation of your premises in the event of a fire. Being left behind in a building whilst other colleagues are leaving is not only unsafe, but is a clear breach of legislation which could result in legal action being taken against you. Correct procedures must be in place in the event of an incident and these procedures need to be learnt and practiced by anybody responsible for evacuating a building using evacuation equipment.
The course is certificated and enables you or your organisation to conform with the Disabled Discrimination Act 2005 and Equality Act 2010 (as amended).
Prices start from as little as £200 for up to 12 members of staff trained over one course.
